Domestic Shipping

We package and ship orders 7 days a week and orders will ship within 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), although most will ship within 3 to 4 days. We start working on your order as quickly as possible, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order that has already been placed. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

International Shipping

We're happy to offer international shipping services and tracking information is also available for international orders. We are not responsible for any custom fees. Any custom fees or taxes associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer. By purchasing our products, you consent that the packages shipped to you may get custom fees when they arrive in your country and you're responsible. Orders will ship within 10-20 business days after your payment is authorized and verified and this doesn't include weekends and holidays.

We have a 28-day return policy. Which means you have 28 days after receiving your package to request a return.  We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on Wollae for returns. Just let us know and we will provide you with a return address and a refund will be issued.  Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue refunds if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control like (providing the wrong shipping address).
